Project Optimisation
BMT Hi-Q Sigma are often asked to intervene in programmes or projects that are under stress. Projects that are running over cost, time or generally where stakeholders have concerns. Our involvement usually involves a form of diagnostics where we determine the cause of the issue from which we can make improvement recommendations. We are often asked to help the client deliver these recommendations, after which the client is left in a better position to deliver project outputs or programme outcomes to agreed time and cost. These interventions can range in time from a few weeks to several months.
