Launch of NEW training course - Basic Contract Law for Project Management

BMT Hi-Q Sigma are pleased to announce the launch of their NEW training course: PT004 Basic Contract Law for Project Management. Delegates will significantly improve their commercial awareness on this one day course, which has been designed for all project personnel, including Project, Programme and Portfolio Managers, project team members and project support staff. This is a highly interactive course which will give delegates a practical knowledge of contract law relevant to their working environment. After attending this course, delegates will be able to act with more confidence in business and minimise the commercial risk to their organisation or, indeed, their clients’. This course is led by Andy Pugh, BMT Hi-Q Sigma's Senior Consultant who is experienced in project management within the national and international defence arena. As a Chartered Engineer, Andy has managed a variety of technical projects and is able to understand the wider implications of commercial decisions through gaining postgraduate diplomas in law and legal practice. He is keen to share his knowledge of contract law with other project personnel and see it implemented as best practice. Andy is committed to professional development and currently contributes to the UK's Association of Project Management's 'Contracts and Procurement' specific interest group. He is a past Chairman of the Ministry of Defence's Initial Professional Development 2 committee. |
