NTISR 2010 Conference

Presenting at the 2010 Non-Traditional Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Conference will be BMT Hi-Q Sigma's Andy Howard, who will be covering the topic of the benefits and costs of using Non-Traditional ISR.

Andy has a career in the C4ISTAR arena founded on 19 years of service with the RAF. He has been involved in all areas of intelligence and has served in a number of operational theatres, most recently Afghanistan where until early 2009 he had responsibilities for theatre-wide intelligence collection management and was the tasking authority for theatre-level unmanned airborne vehicles. This is the first NTISR Conference and will run over 2-days. It includes speakers from a variety of nations and representing the military, academia and industry.
